Toyota Echo

The XP10 series was introduced to Australia on 8 October 1999 as the "Echo". It was offered as both three and five door variants, Australian-market Echo hatchbacks received the 1.3-liter 2NZ-FE engine with a standard five-speed manual transmission and optional four-speed automatic.

The Echo was face lifted.
